Content Depth Gap
/ˈkɒn.tɛnt dɛpθ ɡæp/ nounA gap where both you and a competitor have content targeting the same keyword, but the competitor's coverage is significantly more thorough, better structured, or more authoritative. Content depth gaps are often harder to spot than keyword gaps but easier to close — they require improving an existing page rather than creating a new one.
